MotoGP: BBC2 or Eurosport UK?

Which do you prefer?

Only ever watch the beeb during the ad breaks on eurosport.

Gaz 748 01-Jul-2006 16:40

eurosport every time.

BBC. Can't be arsed to sit through the advert breaks and potentially miss many of the interesting bits.

Eurosport - no question - the guys, Julian and Toby are so knowledgeable too - a bit anorak, but well worth listening to. Randy Mamola also offers great insight into the paddock when the race is on.

eurosport
no question
their coverage has stood the test of time, and long may it continue
the BBC just turn up for the glory
look how they dumped Superbike
so I'll stick with eurosport, and as others have said the commentators no their stuff
the team works

Eurosport. I don't even look at the BBC coverage. Randy is great at getting quick, to the point comments from the guys in the pits and Julian and Toby are just brilliant because they love it so much. Last week Julian had to stop talking, he was so wrapped up in what was happening on the track. It's like having a couple of mates who really know their stuff passing the information you want back to you.

On the downside, the adverts are competely annoying - advertisers are wasting their money interrupting the MotoGP because they only serve to alienate viewers, I think. Suzuki, ride the winds of change - what the hell does that mean??

it means buy a Suzuki ;)
its a small price to pay for well over a decades top coverage

I suppose you're right, Keith? But even Julian makes comments about the 'well timed' advert brakes. I just hate missing the action - it's not as if those advertisements register - or do they?
