Bike TV programs

I'm going to be producing some bike related TV stuff, in everyone’s opinion what would make a good program. I'm thinking: a good riding tutorial including bike setup, new & second hand bikes review, behind the scenes race stuff/in the pits…
These programs need to have longevity so no race results or weekly news stuff which will quickly date.

Any thoughts?

A bit of historical/evolution of bike models, how they have improved and evolved. Eg Monster, GSXR, Fireblade.

How they handle/power difference etc!

Yorkie.

Decent presenters who do not present the program as if we are 5 year olds.
Not too much of the hoodlum element.

I know what you mean, I'm going to be working with magazine test riders. Just credable guys who know their stuff...
Very little hoodlum stuff!

How about a look at some classic bikes and or classic racing aswell. There's no shortage of people who own modern bikes but have old iron as well. There has been some real rubbish done in the past, did anyone ever watch that bike based quiz show on M&M? Also some fairly good stuff , always enjoyed that program that followed club racers on M&M. and the one with John Cantrel , sorry i can't remember the program names

"Scratching" was excellent.
A lesson in safe "progressive" road riding is a good bet too ;)

Cheers paul.

Sounds spot on, I'd be very interested to see it as I've always been keen on getting to be a better rider :)
