rcgbob44 03-Oct-2006 15:17

If its of any help I`m going to ProTwins tomorrow to collect some pannels and my seat unit and I will ask them about there old crates.

Where are you?

wilf 03-Oct-2006 15:26

Hi, the new bikes come in a metal crate, strapped in with a cardboard cover on (which isnt very protective)

the crates get shipped back to the logististics company and find there way back to the factory.

I wouldnt recommend using one to ship a bike in really.

there are some bike transport companies that pack the bike for you. have a play with google maybe.

Yes please Bob !
Doesn't matter cos i'll travel to collect some.

Hmmm - are they all the same Wilf ?
