Where have all the class A's gone.... Lots of names, lots of bikes, where are they now? ![]() |
Chris I have a list of 22 class A riders entered for 2009 not counting any that are also entered in Class B which accounts for 6 or 7 in your 2008 roll call. Many didn't do Donny due to the nature of the meeting, where it was spread out over two days, with no extra classes available so at £150 entry for 2 races and a timed practice over two long days making it quite Pricey. And as Chaz has pointed out in another post numbers will probably be down for likes Angelsey and Pembrey due to the distances and associated travel times/costs. |
It is interesting though - loads of ex DD racers and DD bikes out there somewhere? Perhaps there should be an amnesty, they can all come out of the woodwork.... |

I'll be out.......Soon Due to a broken femur (sustained whilst cycling!!), I was spectating at Donno and wont be a Anglesey, so that's one explained absentee. :( I'll be out at Snett, providing a couple of May Mallory track days go okay. i.e I can ride the thing (un)comfortably! So will introduce myself properly there. :) Incidently, I am a little confused about the the entry fees published by NE. I intitially read it as £120 for the 4 races over the w/e, which seemed very reasonable, however, £240 does not! Profiteering? |
