8pm tonight. A deserted Cambridgeshire road and a red Ducati. You can keep the football. Please Jim can you fix it for England to play every week?!!!:D:D:D |
Totally agree with you mate. Unfortunately its been a bit wet on this side of the country and it was an evening for a boat not a bike:( |
I had those exact thoughts but Allah thought otherwise and sent a flood my way too!:( |
Sounds like I was lucky with the weather.:sing: |
Thank god I love bikes more than football.... Roll on the weekend:roll: |
Panic over - normal service resumed :( Expect the gutters to be littered with EnGerLand flags tomorrow morning! |
You could even expect the gutters to be running with Englands tears !!! Hells went out the other night when we were playing and said the roads were deserted... she said I should forget the footy and get out on my bike... Cracking piccy though mate... did you enjoy the ride ?? |
Nice view except for the bike! |
 |
Hey...KeefyB, if I'd known you were about we could've hooked up. As another of the minority with zero interest in football, I had a great time yesterday evening. Virtually one-to-one Karate training session cos everyone stayed home to watch the box and that finished at 8pm. Came out of training to dry, empty roads and fairly clear skies, hopped on the Duke and had a very enjoyable hour or so out to play. Oh...By the way DJT, I shouldn't laugh too soon at RCGBOB's monotonous posts about 999's, he hates yellow Dukes as well. In fact, looking back through his posts, "put down" comments about any bike that's not a 998s or that's not red seem to be his only contribution. Oh and BTW Bob, the Jota that goes "crappety crap" or whatever it does seems to have a suspicious tinge of yellow about it. Perhaps you should post yourself a note that it's still in it's undercoat?....Ooh, never heard that one before, Oh how we laughed! |
