Looks nice mate, but it's missing a few things;

fridge full of beer (well used)
mountain bike (must use more)
3 other bikes that I bought new for WeeMrsB and the girls when they swore blind they'd use them, (unused)
boxes of CB500 bits, (all very used)
Pile of dog food (friggin dog even takes up room in my garage)
washing basket and clothes dryer, (well there's no room in the kitchen)
various tyres (that don't seen to fit any bike I've ever had)
lawnmower and collection of garden equipment (unused)
various pieces of wood that'll come in handy (one day)
party tent for racing, (another 5 months before that's used again)
15 half empty tins of paint, various sizes and colours (you never know...)
patio chairs and heater (used once, what's the point of sitting outdoors in the freezing cold) (that was another good buy that we'll use all the time)
several strips of carpet matching various bedrooms (come on, you never know when you might need them)
a door that I promised to fit on the downstairs loo in 2001 (it's all about preparation love)
Sewing machine (didn't know we had one)
Karaoke machine belonging to Grundy, (I'll pick it up at the weekend (bar steward that was March 03))
Roof rack for Merc C class (now I know I'll never use that again, but it cost me a lot of money 8 years ago)
K2 skies, (ah these were the days before racing when I had spare cash to go skiing every year)
and a CB500, (one careful owner) (and one slightly less careful one)
2 sq ft of empty space (for cat swinging)
White elephant

stop whinging WJB!!! at least you have a garage!!! :P

deej 05-Nov-2004 16:41

im with wjb but want mav's

i like the overhead storage boxes, its a good job my brothers a very goos chippie and a trained eleccie although it may take some persuasion

plus i think the missus would prefer i spent more energy in the house than in the garage

Albie 05-Nov-2004 18:42

Luverly Mav
Apart from the tiles should have been Duke Red.

Fancy stripping my bike down over Christmas ????:lol:

madmav 05-Nov-2004 19:27

Well guys and gals!!
Thanks very much for your comments!!

i'ts took 12 Coffin Dodgers and me just over a week to do !:D
from emptying all the things that Wjb had in his garage and some:lol:

now on patio:lol:

i'ts kinda great running a bike club as i was only talkin about the idea one sunday night and then it was like changing rooms:lol::lol:

tiles, cupboards, suspended ceilings, kango hammers, radiator's, timber door frames, rubber flooring etc etc:o:o:o

When i asked the cost for all this! i was told ( six loaves of bread 10lb bacon 2 dozen eggs and six crates of beer ) "NO Charge" but i found out that they all wanted the "coffin dodgers" club to run again;)
I had closed the club down when dodger no 13 our mate tim got killed last year !! but am now currently resurrecting it ! pardon the pun.

This has just made me realise that with out the club there's no people and without people there's no club:):)

so mavs club is reborn open to anyone with a sports bike of any make!!

serious fun serious mates serious riding

wanna know more mail me!.........mav

Ps this is nothing to do with the DSC or to take anything from the DSC as i will be staying as a payed up member of the DSC
:)

Nigel C 05-Nov-2004 22:41

madmav 07-Nov-2004 18:14

ils 07-Nov-2004 22:08

I wish santa would give me a garage in place of a minging front yard as a home for my duke. Always under a bike cover, and me paranoid about even washing her in case some feeving scumbag is eyeing her up.
You lucky, lucky, garage owning DSC'er.
