Is that the same part number as the road going 888? The corse had a 43040011a

Ive got a brand new 43040041A that is marked up to fit monster/SS/996 etc..might be worth checking as many of these parts are interchangeable..

You could e-mail me a photo so we could compare ??

Cheers!

fuel pump

thanks for the replies so far
unfortunately this fuel pump isn't interchangeable with others as it is the race type spec according to snells in alton, they have checked for me against their listings and there isnt an alternative, but it just happens to be one of the most expensive even the salesman was gobsmacked by the price

How much then?

Nat,

My tank is in bits, building up the carbon version, I'll mail you with a photo in the next couple of days.

Sorry - I thought I'd seen one but it was this German Ebay auction - could always try Emailing or asking a question...

That fuel pump is now finished from factory. There are none in stock and no supercession :barfy:

Your only hope would be a second hand part.

Cheers. Lee.

Is there anyway to find the original spec and source an alternative - ???

You might just find a niche market for yourself!

turns out that the pump is indeed no longer available but snells have informed me after discussion with ducati technical dept that a 916 fuel pump will fit with minor mods. the 916 pump is only £101 +vat so how happy am i now
