Sponsors meeting tonight went well... looks like our team will be named after our main sponsor (but that's a bigger secret than the bike colour at the mo!). Only trouble might be finding enough fairing space for everyones stickers.

oh yeah, and skidlids is bidding on something I want from ebay... borrucks, etiquette says I'll have to search elsewhere for that :(

Maybe have to get a full fairing but rather use patches on the leathers if I can - does anyone know where to get fabric patches made up please??

Now all we need is the season to get going cos I'm getting itchy feet!

I heard GSE were coming back into racing in the UK, I didn't realise they ment Desmo Due racing with you as the rider Nick :lol:

So how big a budget have you got to play with ? 5K, 10K, 15K even

budget's still pretty small kev, but I've got some very good people on board to make life easier. And for a novice in the first season, I'll need all the help I can muster!

have you got Datatool Paul involved Nick, he may be able to help a lot too :)

This post scared me...

I have no budget to ride, I have no team (maybe my girlfriend will carry the umbrella, but it means I will have to clean the flat all the year...), I have no bike (but I will find one, even if I have to go back in France to find what I need) and of course no sponsor.

I hope other people are in my case, I agree to be last one time, but not all the time :lol:

my missus has agreed to be my brolly dolly and i have my tatty old gazebo for a pit garage

have not approached anybody about sponsorship although i do get 10% off stuff at my local dealers anyway so i may approach them and see what else i can get off them at a good price
