I\'m no longer an Estate Agent ....
 

.... just thought I'd provide a swift update, as of yesterday the business that I had attempted to build with my brother over the last 3 years has been shelved ....

I have taken a role with my uncles financial services company and will now concentrate solely in this area and work towards 2005 being a better year than 2004.

So all in all today is a new day, a new start and a simpler life whereby I benefit directly and solely from my endeavours ...

So the bars open and drinks are on me ....

Sorry to hear about your estate agency business but glad you managed to make a positive decision. You'll be great as a financial adviser ... and that is intended to be a compliment. It takes one (or a former one, at least) to spot a good one, after all!
