EAZYRIZER BIKE LIFT
 

A while ago there was a thread about the above bike lift, I bought one (second hand) and in short they are fantastic.

No issues with stability, a little fiddly getting the Ducati mounts under the engine (I've only done it once) but once that is done its a dream.

Used in conjunction with the "bike grab" stand that they manufacture it is a one man job to get the bike in the air.

Without taking the space of a bench you can get access to all parts of the bike.

When not in use it can be hung on the garage wall.

And its made in the UK.

Oooooh, that's quite a nice 900ss they use to demo the Ducati fittings as well....shame about the 'knightrider' lights, but the rest is cool

Nope, dont fancy that either. If it was bolted to the floor i guess it would be okay. Cant take the motor out though. A bench type would be better then you can use paddock stands as well.

Having just spoken to these guys, I am off down there tomorrow for a demo and probable purchase. Will keep you posted. :sing:

Assuming it fixes to the engine, you will be able to take engine out. Either lift bike off engine or Just lower the engine with bike on paddock stands - you might have to elevate the paddock stands a bit to get the clearance to drop engine. looks a dam site easier than the blocks of wood I used.


I agree it would a good idea to bolt unit to floor.

I have one as well - and they use one for a display bike at a Triumph dealership near me. They had the new Daytona 650 thingy on it and the guy climbed on it to show me, it was bolted to the floor.

I know that you are sceptical, it does not need bolting to the floor.

I didn't beleive it until I used it.

if you wanted to remove the engine you just use the attachments that lift the wheels instead of the engine mounts then every thing is free to get at, and no you dont have to bolt it down i know it doesnt look safe but it is ive never had a prob withit
