is there a quality painter in herts/beds, would like to get a quote for doing my steve martin race rep.

Not that i know of Adam, the guy that done mine last year has packed it in . Dream Machine in Wellingborough are the only ones I no about.I will drop of a single seat unit for repair soon, Ill get an idea then . 4D

thats not too far away, are they open weekends 4d?

does anyone know if the paint shop in wellingborough is called Dream Machine?, just did a search and it shows they are in nottingham:puzzled:

It is most probably Extreme Paintwork. They are in Weliingborough and do race rep stuff for Riverside Motorcycles, On yer Bike and the like. They are painting mine at the moment but seem a bit slow turning stuff round at the moment so I wouldn't book it in this close to the riding season (unless you have a spare set of fairings).

Fella called Nick is the man to talk to, very nice bloke and willing to talk and look at different designs etc. I seem to recall that he did some prototype Ducati MotoGP bodywork aswell.

Hi Adam,
If you want a really decent paint job try Chris at Tecmoto, he used to do all of their work before taking over the business, and if you've seen Wayne's R7 or some of their other customer's bikes, you'll know how good Chris is.
He gave me a really good quote for a Red Bull rep. with all the "stickers" air brushed, and offered a guarantee with the job.
Maybe a bit out of your way, down in Romford, from the M11 just round the M25, shouldn't take you more than an hour at most though, and definitely worth a visit.

Ive had some work done by padded cell and he is excellent, he paints many race team bikes and specials. I got frankie Chilli to sign my bike and he was the only one prepared to attemp to lacquer over a waterbased marker, top job.

Adam, 4th Dimension in middlesex have done my wheels and I know Ducati Croydon use them cos they reccomended them.

cracking job and quick too, they did have some real quality paintwork there.
