Does anyone have a source that could supply super corsas?
If so for how much?

Thanks

Speak to Steve, tell him I sent you and you are DSC ... he'll look after you.

Adam,

There's usually an advert in MCN "Road Racing" section advertising SuperCorsa's for £150/pair.
I intend to call them when I need some but haven't done so yet.
You could investigate and report back as they appear to be a bl00dy good deal at that price.
I'd recommend SC1 Front/SC2 Rear combo.

Thanks mate, was expecting a reply involving a certain home improvement store when I noticed you had replied. The world is full of surprises.

yep .... he was looking for a B&Q reference .. but as he wants tyres for the tractor and not the wheelbarrow, they aren't in this instance relevant ...

:frog:

Adam indeed they do go SC1 SC2 SC3, but what Pirelli don't tell you as I was told by a tyre technician was there are several other codes which determine which variant they are

SC1........................................SC2.... ..............................SC3
^*******^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^ ^

This places them somewhere in between as I've tried to demonstrate above.... now enough of that scare mongering!

Hmm that didn't work too well!:puzzled:

Sorry Ricky, didnt read all your post, just shot off to get MCN, it does show £150 a pair. I will phone Dibbles friend to see what he can do first then decide. Ill let you know.

Mike Davis 30-Mar-2005 20:10

Robsom Racing £180.00 a pair fitted inc vat.

I put SC1/SC2 on last year - really good - even surprisingly good road mileage - but the carcass is not as strong as the road version

ziggi 31-Mar-2005 00:11

There's a road set of Supercorsas that are not SC1.2.3 rated but still called Supercorsa - and look the same!?!

Then there are race supercorsas labelled SC1, 2, 3 with 1 being the softest.

I've had both, can't tell the difference because I'm crap but both sets scared the life out of me when it was wet. I now never ride in the wet.

Adam,

Any feedback on prices?
