Hope you will all join me in wishing my riding buddy Wayne a speedy recovery from his saturday spill,3 bad rib breaks is mucho painfull,I know cos iv tried it

It was good to see Wayne back at the circuit at the end of Sunday, hopefully the injuries will heal quickly and not give him endless sleepless nights for months to come

Not a hope, you can't move or get up out of bed or have a good crap, everything hurts.

At least he made it out of bed on Sunday and walked into garage 3 unaided, did say he would be spending the nights sat upright

Been there and done that earlier this year at Anglesey - luckily for me the concussion meant that they only hurt when I got home :o

Shame Wayne is teetotal,I,l drink them for him,It turned out to be a blessing anyway as i robbed his tps on sunday morning cos mine was sulking
