Here's the password (I hope this works.....)

Not a great picture, but all I've got at the moment.

1992 888SP4, 12000 miles, standard, original and beautiful.

Very nice beancounter - it's the one I'd have if I could afford it!

Very nice. BTW, your garage looks in good shape, telly and all.

LOL,

Rob

Jools 03-May-2005 18:58

Very, very nice...

I love 888's...especially the SP4's and SP5's, but they deserve a better home than I could give to one :(

One day, I might get a house with a nice garage.

You can join if you change your Avatar!Looks nice mate.I had an SP4 in 1992.Used to leave a puddle of fork oil every time i parked it after a ride!Still loved it though. It went when i got sentenced to Marriage and kids. But lucky enough to now have the SP5!!:D

beancounter 04-May-2005 11:14

Chaps, yes it's one of two SP4's that Forza got in a couple of weeks ago and sold instantly.

No, I cannot disclose how much I had to pay ! (you never know who's watching...)

That's not my garage,, it's the back of Forza's showroom (there's no room for a telly in my garage, it's full of bikes ho ho)

superlight3 04-May-2005 12:38

beancounter 04-May-2005 12:50

Yeah, only about another half dozen to go now....

Steve M 04-May-2005 12:56

what else would you like?

it'd be nice to see the 888 at Congleton on Sunday:roll:

beancounter 04-May-2005 13:07

Steve,

In particular :-

851 tricolore
916 strada/sp3/senna
Superlight I or V in red

Steve M 04-May-2005 13:14

what a collection that would be!!!

which one are you using at Cadwell TA4?

beancounter 04-May-2005 14:02

I would use the SPS on the track

Jasper 04-May-2005 18:57

use the 888!!:D

beancounter 05-May-2005 10:36

Jasp, if I trash a bike on a trackday, I think the SPS is more easily fixed than the SP4 ?

superlight3 05-May-2005 11:24

Me doin' okay, picking and packing (again!).

Thought of you this morning when I saw this...

simon foster 05-May-2005 19:50

Very Nice

It is true about the front fork seals, they leak like buggery. I had mine rebuilt at KAIS earlier this year, they "modified" the seals and all is well so far, they are dry as a bone.

The SP4 is the best bike I have ever owned, enyoy it

Simon
