Didn't our double race winner only have 5 gears? ;)

...who needs overdrive anyway?

As I understand it some have 5 and some have 6 gears, the extra ratios will help wih drive out of corners depending on the track

Right on mate-5 gears only-and who is going to bet against him winning at Castle Combe with 618cc?

Not me!

There's quite a few of us 620's on the grid with only 5 gears, me, mw, Ian Leah for example ...

Picked up my used 620Sport for a smidge over £3K - but I guess there are not many arround.

1st impressions are that 5 gears are OK - beauty of the 620 is its broad spread of power.

Louigi and I, were discussing this a few weeks back, and we came to the conclusion that you'd be dancing on the gear lever with a 6-speed.

Not that it makes any difference to our 705... erm, I mean 674 ;)
