I am soooooooo bored

How long is it until Castle Combe? I'm counting the seconds!

I'm going insane sat at home... err, I mean in the gym all day... with my dodgy arm :(

everton 06-May-2005 19:35

When's it gonna be mended then Dom?

domski 06-May-2005 19:40

Well I've been trying to get hold of the Fracture Clinic in Exeter all week, and all I get is a bloody answering machine... NHS - Best in the world!!

I'm getting the right sort of aches you get when bones are healing. It's not what I'd call pleasurable.

Get a little extra strength each day, but I have no rotational strength and can just about pick up my mobile.

Hoping to ride the bike next Saturday at Louigi's... If not I won't be doing the Castle Combe trackday on 18th.

One good thing is that I can type pretty fast with just one hand now

everton 06-May-2005 19:41

What else can you do with one h and?:D

domski 06-May-2005 19:43

domski 06-May-2005 19:54

Erm, I think I'm washing my hair this weekend :lol::lol::lol:;)

domski 06-May-2005 19:54

Who's riding your bike at CC, CK?

Andy or Mark?

Have you had any luck on the engine side of things? Don't think I could handle being beaten by a 583 again ;)

TP 06-May-2005 20:06

Yeah - for gawds sake put a big bore kit in it to make me feel a bit better when I can't catch the bloody thing!

AK 06-May-2005 21:59

Dom, its Marks go at CC - does it make a difference then?:puzzled::P Alan did ask Frankie but he is busy:( - do you want me to ask dear Reubens?:eureka: or Mr Falappa?

TP - nothing in the pipeline for the BB kit - AK wont use it - you all know the reasons why, & that the £325 would have been better spent elsewhere so we are just staying 583 for CC.
However, we are trying to work around this for a later meeting.

Anyone want a set of pistons? - suitable ONLY for a pre 98 bike?:P

I may have half a chance of getting in front of your bike at CC then, providing our turbo can be hidden :D

Depends. Is Mark as quick as Andy?

:frog:

domski 06-May-2005 23:42

Yes ;)

I'm assuming Mark spent most of last year building exhausts, but in 2003 he was flying with BEMSEE.

50's around Brands Indy on a 600.

ah, last year Mr Hill spent most of the season either in the gravel - or at the back of the grid Dom, thats why the results were'nt good. No bones broken tho:P
51's/52's at Brands Indy is correct - BUT on an R6 (110bhp) - not a clapped out 583 monster rating 48bhp!:o
He is looking forwards to brands later in the year on the monster - maybe taking his times to sub '70's! No photos necessary - as artist with oil paints can take his time:lol:

TP 07-May-2005 11:46

Sub 70's my ar$e!!!

If I can go there and on my first visit, first time on the monster, first time riding with reverse pattern and do 62's (apparently) then I'm sure someone with a bit of experience is going to be under a minute pretty quickly!

I reckon when I go back there I'll be under a minute - but that's just a guess.

domski 08-May-2005 00:44

Yeah, well I'm still bored!!

...and boring
