trax have today debited my account for £29.99 for a model on back order and im keeping my fingers crossed its the valencia rep rossi

im like a kid waiting for xmas to come now as ive been waiting nearly 18 months for it now

has anyone else got the valencia rep yet ???

Hmmm - i've got one on order too but it was £39.99 not 29.99. Also got Reynolds GSXR on order too which is also be very close. I'm really looking forward to the Hailwood MV 500 in presentation box.

I think Adam has a Valencia rep on order. I'm waiting for the Toseland Fila which is due next month, which is the first of about 8 I have on pre-order :D

Just managed to get a good example of Bayliss's 2001 imola 996R on ebay to complete a small set I'm building. This collecting gets addictive doesn't it?

Twinfan - I got an email from grandprixlegends saying the reynolds bike was imminent and certainly before christmas. They have seen the pre-prod models apparently.

no 1: dont believe a word gpl say about release dates, its a sales pitch and they are never accurate

no 2: trax sent out £10 vouchers to all long standing customers who bought the sheene rep at the original price of all the classics at £49.99 only 4 everyone else to sell them at £39.99 so thats why mines only 29.99

no 3: where can i get a decent wall mounted cabinet that will hold 8 -12 minichamps models as i will have the full rossi set when the valencia arrives

no 4: adam how are you and the baby doing ??

no 5: i dont think reynolds is out until next year

Nice bike and look good together with the others rossi's machines...
preordered JT 2004 and JT2005 xerox from Minichamps..due both in 2005... if they are doing like the valenvia bike I will be already back in Italy or somewhere else in mid 2006....!!!

I've got an email from Swapmeet today stating the Valencia rep will be delivered to them in the next week or so. They'll then be posted immediately. Apparently, some other EU countries have had deliveries already.

Hi deej, baby Georgia is doing fine thanks, three weeks old and she already has her first cold. Nightmare really, we are on breathing alert all the time as her nose is blocked. Night time is tough.
Really looking forward to getting the Rossi, that will complete my set of his.
I havent bought any others lately. Just waiting for the ones I have on order to come through.
The only other one I am after is the Foggy 2000. No rush though

got my valencia on thursday morning and it looks good, just waiting for my 04 blue gauloises and that will be the full rossis set with the rest on preorder

ziggi, the valencia only took so long due to rossi jumping ship and all the legal crap that followed

I've pre-ordered about 10 models from trax,just had Pedercini 04,waiting for Nannelli 04,Toseland 04 & Laconi 04!

I'm still after the Corser 99 to complete my collection,i know where there's one,but i can't justify the £590 asking price!!

I've got the Bayliss 03 now,i got it from the Thailand guy. While i was out in Italy for the GP i went to the Factory & the dealer over the road from the factory,they both had the Bayliss 03 in stock,but i'd allready got it coming by then!
I thought the Hodgson 04 was due to be released later,as far as i know the next release is Nannelli 04,it's out in some countries now!
I totally agree £590 is just too much,i'll have to keep looking!!:sniff:

These a few more i'd like to see released,a Emmett 04 would be good,also how about a Hodgson 05,or even a Foggy 98,that would be great!!!

There's a guy on ebay saying that Reynolds bikes will be available in a few weeks time - so maybe GrandPrixLegends are telling the truth.

Ebay guy is wrong I reckon. The Minichamps site says December, so that's who I'd believe.

Looks like i've finally got the Corser 99!!

I won one on the bay yesterday, not cheap, but not as much as i've been offered one for!! I've just got to sort out the best way to get it to me, as it's coming from Holland. I hope it gets here un-damaged, that would really kill my pig if it arrived broken!!:(

When it arrives it will complete my Ducati 1:12 race bike collection, i will have all the ones that have been released to date!! Nannelli 04 arrived from Trax last week.

I need another cabinet now!!:D

Mrs Urban got me my first minichamps model at the weekend, nothing fancy, just happens to be 'my' bike.

Just wondered if there are reasonably priced display cases available anywhere?

No idea about display cases, I have mine on shelves.

Minichamps web site saying Reynolds gskr available from Sept, so maybe a few have been released to the UK early.

i have web sites for minichamp models at home iam currently on pc at work i will post tomorrow if any 1 interestd. in my collection i have 20 ducatis signed by riders all with certicates. 4 rossis all signed. also at last count 30 + unsigned ducati + rossi + various others. also know were to get cabinets post tomorrow. cheers rich.

make sure you put that post up rich, very interested in the dispay cabinets/units

trax will be at the gp this week so i will ask them about the reynolds bike, im very surprised that thye havent released it yet as they usually have stuff before gpl. i would say gpl have got them from a foreign source or a special delivery for reynolds to sign before he passes his best :lol::lol::lol:

Deej - GPL did the photos for minichamps for the Reynolds GSXR. I reckon they got priority on this model over other stockists.
