Renegade Koji pics please?
 

Anyone got a better photo of a Renegade Koji Ducati please? There seems to be very little out there.

Just found several on Guido's website in fact. Now I know why the pic on the eBay listing was so small, the sticker kit is not really enough ot do a Koji replica! Nowhere near in fact.

Henry, my mate paints the bikes for Renegade...

Got all three colour schemes at hom from the NEC last year.
Will look em out and send em on this weekend after I get back from Croft if you like?

You mentioned that Jon, and it is a possibility I guess.

Really though, I am getting a better, painted track fairing in a couple of weeks so I was thinking of tarting it up a bit. The Koji was a bit different and might still be a possibility. If the kit has all the edging bits then it would be better ... ideal would be to get a piece of vinyl for the "top" layer (if you look at the pic below compared to the sticker kit you will see what I mean).

I am not sure I want to stretch to a custom paint job on it for track days ... defeats the object for me as it's supposed to be a low(er) cost bodywork option so I don't cry when it gets damaged!

I'll keep it in mind though. ;)

He did the Rossi kit to my R1 track fairing and its not that expensive to worry about.

At first I thought it was the wrong ones (first pic - reduced size below), but the 2nd one is spot on! THe 3rd is the scheme that the eBay site has a tiny pic of, and not enough graphics on the kit to do it. The kit is fine for the 2nd one (mostly red) though and I like it.

OK ... I give up. I was wondering (not for the first itme I might add) who Koji are? I can find lots of Koji's on the www, but nothing with the logo to identify as the Renegade partner. CAn anyone throw some light on that pleae? I just KNOW I will get asked if I go with a Koji paintjob. :)

Koji is a mythical clothing company, created and owned by the owner of Matalan, and Koji is his dogs name, thus the dog graphics!

Really??? I thought sponsorship was all about brand awareness and advertising. Mind you ... Renegade Matalan doesn't have the same ring to it! :roll:

From what I gather the guy is loaded and I think the plan was to create some hype over the Koji brand, when Renegade Ducati existed there was a small mention on the website, and how exciting and vibrant the clothign would be...blah, blah, blah, all of the usual spiel, but that seems to have gone since the move to Renegade Honda.

The guys who paint the bikes do have the odd Koji T-Shirt though, which they do wear went painting :lol:
