Just rung our mate nr Grimsby - where we are off to tomorrow morning, prior to trackday Mon (20 mins north of Cadders)

Looking ok at the mo, but prob rather cloudy for Monday - likely to be light rain in the morning (at the moment) & poss showers in the afternoon

Wet for Sat afternoon - and also Sun afternoon & also eve:( thats our rideouts going to be soggy then:(

Keeping my fingers xx'd the wind is going to change:alien: and it will be dry instead!

BBC website looks a little more hopeful!

Cadwell Park weather will, as usual, do whatever it likes, regardless of weather forecasts and whatever the rest of the country is doing!

Looking at the atlantic pressure charts, I believe there will be an occluded front sitting over the south west on Sunday which MAY give some patchy rain behind. By monday the front will have moved over to the continent and I reckon there will be a ridge of high pressure extending into the Lincs area by Monday.

What that means in straight talking is Monday could be cloudy, but any rain is likely to be very light.

Personally, I don't think we'll see rain. :sing:

Correct! We live about 45 minutes away and it can be sunny or raining here and be the opposite at Cadwell. It is in the Lincolnshire Wolds and kinda sandiched between the east coast strip and the the flatter inland areas. It is generally accepted that it has it's own weather system and forcasting don't work! :)

What is quite telling is that the met office website doesn't show a weather station in the Wolds. Lincoln, Scuthorpe, Skegness and Spalding (near us). But not near Cadwell.
