Welcome Phillipe, you are a very lucky man to own those bikes.

If you're interested one of our members has just announced he is selling is 888 SPS. You can find it in our market place section.

It's customary for the newbie's to get a drink in, seeing as your french I'll have a LAAAARGE glass of nice fat Bordeaux.

Whenever you like I'll swap you a ride on my 998R for a ride on your 888 Racing!

Salut Philippe

You're very welcome here, and you're not the only frenchman... although the other guy is a bit slow!

Your 3 girlfriends are very nice ladies.

Virtual drinks are on you then... I'll have a glass of Louis Roederer :)

welcome philippe, verrrry nice bikes - given the difficulties we all have sourcing spares, just how often do you get to run (or dare to run) the race bikes ?

Monty 01-Sep-2005 10:52

They are 3 very beautiful ladies Phillipe, you are a VERY lucky boy. There are a lot of 888 lovers on this site, some of whom seem to be able to find the most obscure parts.

Bienvenue Philippe

Et une verre de Vin rouge pour moi s'il vous plait.

phil911 01-Sep-2005 13:28

Thanks to all of you with your welcomes !!!!

Don't know why, but feel very anxious everytime I have to introduce my "red girlfriends" ...

So, about drinks, it's whenever you want but one condition : You must come with your bike !!! ... Might be a nice parking place !!!!

I'm living close to Belgium Border in "Ardennes" Dept., very nice area for riders who come from Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands in order to perform curves in the valleys ....

As you subtly remarked, I'm sometimes on trouble with my mind with 3 bikes. Each one is different of course. I ended the Racing 93, few weeks ago. I might ride it at SPA or in France before the end of this year .
Regarding the Corsa 94, I'd like to store it into my living room for winter time. I consider this bike as an artwork !!! I'm about to end the restoration too ...
Both Racing bikes are different and the 94 (100% original factory) seems to be physically stronger due to the thin body, underneath big size exhaust pipes, big front fork and Brembo Racing top equipments !!!

I hope to find throughout you ideas and ... adresses in order to keep them in very good condition. It may be interesting in the future to find bikes in perfect condition to "feed" the passion of current and coming addicts ...

Thanks again !!!

Keep in mind your best ride is the next to come !!!

Philippe
