T.T.F.N.

Well my current (work) contract ends tomorrow so I'm going to be looking for another assignment to bring in a few pennies to pay for the bikes.

More importantly, I don't have a pc/laptop at home so unfortunately I won't have access to the board for a while (which I hope is short), and I'm really going to miss this place and you folk very very badly.

Hopefully I'll still get on some rides with the BHC boys as Jools and Fordie have promised to let me know about (the slower !) rideouts.

Good luck to everyone, ride safe and see you again before too long I hope.

All the best

Happy hunting and good luck.

Jools 15-Sep-2005 18:26

See you on the web soon I hope...I've got your number so I'll be sure to invite you along to BHC Division 2 rideouts :lol::lol:

Actually, I've hardly been able to get out with the BHC crew this year so I'll probably find that I'm on the transfer list :P

Seriously, I've never met a friendlier or more supportive bunch than the BHC and I'm sure there is no upper echelon. Everybody is welcome and we held several rideouts last year when we went out of our way to tailor rideouts that would suit allcomers of whatever pace and ability. We even split up into different groups with the more enthusiastic boys going out 5 minutes beforehand on quite a technical route, then a middle group and a slower one on slightly easier roads.

Worked well except for the Aprilia and Harry the Hedge incident :o:o:o

Oh, and the coming together of the Kwacker 636 and Bertie the Bridge :o:o:o

Shame it was on the same day :lol::lol: still everyone is mended now and no serious harm came to anybody

Good in your hunting - most libraries have free internet access these days, so no need to get withdrawl symptoms ;)

Thanks for the hint Frank, can't say I've been in a library for years so I'll find out where the MK central library is and give it a shot.

Maybe you haven't got rid of me quite so easily (said in Baldrick "cunning plan" type voice....)

Top Tip:
Setup an internet email account (gmail, hotmail, yahoo, etc.) then send yourself an email with links to all of your favourite websites so you can access them from any connected computer.

Good luck for the next project old bean. See you soon.
