I never try to start fights. I'm just not afraid to say what I actually think, rather than say what I think people want to hear.

Ooooh, controversial!!!

:D

GsxrAge 21-Sep-2005 21:46

Do you think Dom is working at his post count ?

domski 21-Sep-2005 21:50

No :)

I was just wondering why some people think that 620's are some magic race machine and rule the world and that you're a better rider if you race a 620 and not a 583, coz they're old and rubbish right?

Maybe we should write a whole new set of rules, just for the 620's and then we can ban the 583's altogether.

Let the rich boys play by themselves.

Oops, there I go again :D

I hope I didn't make you think that was my opinion... :( How many years of practice before my English to be understandable... :(:(

Anyway I agree with that.

domski 21-Sep-2005 21:56

Many, many, many years :D

It's not just you Tonio - it's most of the 620 riders

Naturally, of course.

I'm a 620 rider, but I think the 'Spirit of the Series' and the fact it's an owners club race series and not WSB is getting out of hand.

It's a race series for DSC members, novices, riders who've been out of racing for a time, rich, poor, fast, slow... and me!

The rules look great for 2006, and yet some people aren't happy - and yet it's miles better than this year on all counts.

I think some of the people (riders mainly) in the series are taking it waaaaaaaaaay too seriously.

:D

Mind you I do agree in giving the small budget boys a good chance.
It is good to see the top boys with there bling bikes out there but the guys on the 583 need a real chance.

domski 21-Sep-2005 22:02

Yep, it's a series where financial status matters not.

Unlike every other race class going.

Keep it real and feet on the ground.

2006 rules look good. It'll be a cracker for sure.

I'm sorry you see things like that mate. So us 620 riders are the rich and bad people. We're taking part in DD just because we want to win everything ang get a lot of rewards. Actually we live only for rewards.

At the opposite the 583 riders are the poor and brave people, trying to fight against the bad people and their dragster engines.

:(:(:(:(:(
I'm off, I prefer watching tv.

domski 21-Sep-2005 22:17

Blimey Tonio, what have you been drinking???

I hope I didn't upset you - much

Hey, we're all different and if we were all the same and agreed with each other, it would be very boring - and you'd all be wrong still.

:P:D:P:D:P

TP 21-Sep-2005 22:20

Tonio has a good point though Dom - there's a fair bit of generalisation going on.

domski 21-Sep-2005 22:23

I knew it!!!

You're ALL the same

dickieducati 21-Sep-2005 22:27

yeah its a bit bloody rich dom talking about being rich to race a 620 when he pays jack all for his bike. riding a 620 makes most us of all the poorer for it.

anyone want to sponsor me to ride a bike for free. i can beat dom.

domski 21-Sep-2005 22:30

It aint free, and I can't afford my own bike - that's how well off I am.

So you're all rich compared to me :P

Rich boy!

Rich boy!

So how much did buying the bike cost you?

Nothing? Oh ....

domski 21-Sep-2005 22:36

Actually, I got the bike as part of a deal to build Rich a website.

Also, I've paid for all running costs and repairs, plus I shelled out £450 for the shock.

I've promoted his business too - which has proved successful.

So I've probably paid for the bike a couple times over.

Who won the Ashes btw?

:P

Finally I'm back. tv is crap tonight. Thanks so much British public channels for all your entertaining tv show... I don't have yet a 3 year old bad boy, I don't have yet a bad dog, but I already know that if I've got any problem I call supernanny and his friend and they will educate my kid and my dog. And I think I can even call a couple of old ladies who will clean my flat in case of it has not been cleaned for ages. I feel confident :D

Anyway, here is a lot better :)

You could have your TV next to the PC and have the worst of both worlds :D

Welcome back mate :)

Tonio600 21-Sep-2005 23:09

Or the best of both worlds: you cleaning my flat while I'd be winning the Japan MotoGP on my 620 Sport. Yeah could be fun :D

domski 21-Sep-2005 23:11

Now I know you've been drinking
