Where did all the old bikes go
 

DD's been running for several years now .. And i've admired from a distance for most of it and i've seen some nice bikes put together

given it's such a unique series i'd expect them all to still be racing .. But a lot of them dissapear never to return ..

They are all in Skids garage ;) lol

I have one that has been in hibernation for a couple of years which I will be bringing to cadwell for my 1st ever race weekend.

I think a lot of them get recycled with different colours, fairings, riders, etc so sometimes it's hard to tell that they're the same bike!

yep.

I think it was ruined with the 674cc kit and the Keihin flatslide carbs we put on it at the end of the first season as it never seemed to run right.

Mitch at TecMoto had originally set it up with the Dynojet kit on the original carbs but I'm not sure how much he did when he took it all off and turned it back to 583cc.

Obviously made a good job of it though!!

Forks, engine, ecu etc have all been transplanted into the SS chassis

last time I saw you was before my big crash, you told me then that I'd ruined it.

If I can get a sponsorship deal with Oddbins we could get Chaz back in the paddock again too! :frog:

That was before I discovered Monsters and now I have several, so its probably about time I tried one as a race bike

I also have the Ohlins that was in Jimbers bike but that's a bit short at 295mm as its from a Multistrada

now you bloody tell me.... we could have just done a swap!
