Guest Riders ?

So are we having them in 2006 ?
Any idea who they are, who they could be or who's bikes they would be on next year ? :)

Felix 25-Oct-2005 15:37

It's me and I'll be on yours! :D

If I get my 620 sorted then I have a few names in mind.

A couple of mates, one a DSC member that Quallifies, another who I may have to sign up as a DSC member and is/was very fast around the Isle of Man.
And hopefully that Novice that finished runner up in the NG MiniTwins championship goes by the name of Luke Brackenbury and writes for Bike Magazine,. but hopefully he will get a go on the DUK bike. It will make a change from him racing that Oily Stocks GSX1100 known as the Runt Racebike
Also if I need a pilot at some point hopefully I can get Simon Knowlson along for a race, ideally Castle Combe or Pembrey.

Probably sell one of My Jap IL4 600s to make sure I have the funds for next year.

Tonio600 25-Oct-2005 16:47

I'm available as well for the 620 class.

So am I and I have a bike but I thought I would put somebody on it who could challange at the front.
Just thought of another couple in Mark Baldock and Dean Silvester both of CSC Racing, mark won both the Sot races at Donington when we were there and Deano a 2004 Manx GP winner was 2nd in the Sot at Thruxton with North Glos when he deputised for Mark on the CSC Racing 996RS.
Simon mentioned earlier is the guy who finished 2nd in the SoT race at Castle Combe on his Ex DFX 748RS.
I'm trying to keep it to Ducati riders if they're friends.

Rattler 25-Oct-2005 17:11

Yep - I'm looking to field a 583 for a few "guest" riders too. They won't do many races, but should be up the front of the ones they do compete in.

I don't want them to compete in the 620 class and show me up, so its 583 for them.;)
