Frame plugs ?
 

I seem to remember reading that there was a place you could get some cheap black plastic plugs that could be used as frame plugs on the 748/9**. Its only a track bike so I cant really justify spending out on metal ones !!!

Not after any for free as I definately have not helped with parts (!) but I would like to know where to get some from - i remember it was somewhere bizarre like maplins?

The maplins ones don't fit properly as they are 2mm too small, so they tend to fall out easily. I ended up sourcing some from a supplier, but the minimum order was 200 of the bloody things!

I've only got 4 sets left now, and they went onto ebay last night.

Yeah, I was tempted to put the logo on there as well but thought that it would be too much of an association of me as an ebayer seller with the club, so left it as a plain link.

Got back home today and plugs arrived...as im a big kid I shall go downstairs and put them on immediatley :lol:
