996 Standard steel \"clip on\" length ... ???
 

Any chance someone has one of these to hand that they could measure for me ?

Dibs I don't know where the Steel bit is but the alloy bar bit of the clip-on on standard bars measures 245mm not including the nylon bar end.
The bars my mate makes for me are 265mm long, I find the extra 20mm helps when mounting Radial Master-cylinders.

He has the carbon versions that are longer than the steel ones, hence wanting a measurement.

In that case Dibs 265mm is the same as 26.5cm just in case you get confused and wonder why wider bars stop you getting through the garage doorway :P

ha ha ha .. these must be 265mm carbon ones, but I find them awkward .... and mm to cm is only just in my ability mathematically .. lol

Sorry TP unless the club does a dsc day at donny, the bike stays at home. I will be taking the little RR though if you fancy a go:) I would take the R and let you have a go, but you would probably go all moody on me:D:P
