Missing U2U\'s
 

Webteam, can you help?

Moving on from my wittering about 4 weeks or so ago, that I didnt get emails to infom me of U2U's arriving, I now have another prob.

I am now getting emails telling me they are there:D

but...........

when I click on the link - I get a message to tell me I must be logged in to read the message (or similar)
If I go onto the website, the U2U is not there!:(

I have checked with senders, and they have been kind enough to email me the transcript of the U2U - but do you have any idea why this is happening - is there a sinbin for norty U2U's?:puzzled: - or even informative U2U's?

Have you got a few different accounts and the U2U's are going to a different one to the one you are using at the moment?
