My boss was on about that today too :smug:

I was just planning on turning up Sunday morning, winning a couple races and spending the afternoon drinking champagne and watchin the GP replay in the motorhome.

I think i'll just turn up Saturday night (about 1am probably) fight with my tent for an hour, sleep on the floor until about 5am, then freeze my arse off all day, running backwards and forwards to the toilets, and then go out for 2 races in the rain and score a couple points if I'm lucky. Could even throw a breakdown (a nervous one) or a crash in there too.

I love racing :D

Chris Wood 22-Feb-2006 21:57

Enter SOT on Saturday....show some commitment and dedication to your craft...

Murray Mint 22-Feb-2006 21:57

Murray

Tonio600 22-Feb-2006 21:57

Sound of Thunder.

996RS's .. Aprillia Mille's ... etc etc

You're eligible because it's open to twin cylinder machines up to 1000cc's.

You know it makes sense ;)

Funny you should ask.

It went well, but the boss has been in the USA until this week, so I'm hoping for a call soon.

New Era is fine, it's all run by them. It's just entering another class.

Have a think about it, weigh up all the pro's and con's and if you're interested - fill your boots.

It's only a New Era race meeting, so you're fine.

It will cost you another £110 though.

You could also do it on Sunday for £50 (on top of the DD entry)

If it's the Friday, how does one book the ACU "trackday"?

domski 22-Feb-2006 23:21

Maybe direct with Cadwell Park?

MSV is it? I dunno really.

skidlids 22-Feb-2006 23:54

I'm all for the turn up Saturday evening approach, chill out with a few friends,.
Sunday try to finish at least one race, try not to crash and try and bag a few points.
All of which will be a improvement on last year and its cheaper :D

Direct with motor sport vishion

Then give Cadwell a ring direct and let them know what your riding and they will put you in the right grope, unless you like being used buy the axe murderers.
