so far iv applyed to new era for membership they sent me back a card with my mebership number. i also go aplication form for cadwell and brands rounds. so i filled them in and sent them a cheque and a self addressed evelope. they were very quick to take the money out of my account. but so far have heard nothing back or whats happening. is everyone else in the same boat? what should happen next?

You won't get anything back from New Era until about a week before the race.

Then you'll get tickets and final instructions.

Dominic did you send one SAE per entry as it will be a while before you get the Brands entry back.

While on the subject of entry forms did people put there race number on the entry form, I couldn't find a place specifically for it but squeezed it on.
Hate to think that the race program will come out without race numbers besides the riders name.

There is a bit in the very top right corner "For office use" which has a tiny box for your race number. I suppose you could have put it there - bit of a liberty, but if you're only doing DD it doesn't matter does it.

I did think of putting it in the official box at the top right but settled for adding it to cc bit as in 583 No. 88
Also wrote on the back of the envelope Desmo Due entry No. 88

I could always send New Era my 583 riders list off here as that has the majority of the grid named on it along with their race numbers, could do with a few more surnames added though.
