marquee at Brands
 

I have been asked to look into sorting a marquee at brands similar to the one we used at cadwell 2 years ago for the trackday.
I would need to ask brands Msv first ,so please register interest here ,it would be great to all be in one tent ala the R6 cup boys ,it would give all this years newbies a chance to meet and greet the "old guard".
I will be getting quotes but i would expect it to cost £20-£30 each.

I guess some people may have booked garages for Brands, but perhaps for Castle Combe, Oulton, Donington, Snetterton & Cadwell?

Give's us time to organise it better and let everyone know about it.

Butch - great idea. Unfortunately have been shopping already for a little tent for our bikes but will ask the lads.
Might be good to aim for the last meeting as a definate thing as you could collect dosh well in advance for that, as an 'end of term' get together?

already shelled out for a warm dry garage, but would be happy to pay at one of the other rounds castle combe may be an idea to get everyone together as it has a world championship sidecar event, superbikes too and its over 2 days. would make alot of sense to get us all together there as space will be limited and there should be a good crowd. £20 entrance to watch DD. whatever next? racing abroad :D

If the price comes somewhere in the region of £30, give or take a bit, then I'm in for a marquee at Brands.
