New style Akrapovic 999 exhaust - where? Does anyone know if and where we can buy this new Akrapovic exhaust for our 749/999's. Try and concentrate on the beautiful rear end... Seriously, it looks like Akrapovic might have finally designed a nice 749/999 exhaust and I'd love one, especially if it had removable baffles. Anyone got any info? Cheers, Tom |
I have to agree, that is a very tasty rear end! :D |

They list it on the Akrapovic web site. http://www.akrapovic-exhaust.com/mai...ts-catalog.htm Nice, wonder what it's like underneath all that ..... carbon. |
I can only see the old style cans, not the race one as seen on the pic??? |
one hole thats not right, any one know knows the best things have two holes in the rear end. lol :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: |
then you ill be happy with the akrapovic evolution system for the 999S (next one on from link above) - or maybe not ??????? |
I think we will have to wait a while before Akrops release an exhaust like the one in the top pic.My guess it is an R&D jobbie. The 'new' twin outlet can was used on Superstock race bikes a couple of years ago. http://www.akrapovic-exhaust.com/mai...to2_hi-res.jpg Ive got a pic somewhere of Frankies spare '04 999 at Misano with such an exhaust. |
