circlip needed urgently
 

any1 know where i can get little circlips urgently?

I have just managed to bust the one on the back brake of my 748 and was planning on riding her this weekend?

closeish to leeds would be brilliant?

tbh i will ring them but they usually 'send away to italy' for all the stuff i need except so far for fairing rubbers !

Most bearing suppliers or better still fastners supplies should have a good stock.

when i was stuck for a part (the little split pin that goes through the brake pin) some one suggested a model shop!!
try it, i was amazed at the amount of variouse little clips and pins they keep in stock for the model r/c cars etc
seems a bit dodgy putting summit designed for a toy on a real bike but the pins i got were a beter alternative then the genuine ones!

another good one - esp as i have a model shop in cleck where i work who sells model aircraft with engines

read your woes with dread as i had no rear brake pressure on the pedal

tbh i just bled it from the nipple on the caliper still attached but used a one way valve bleed kit and seems to have worked

Eh Glyn, less of the toy!!!

I spent 15yrs racing them professionally and my last car cost me a grand. It had a slipper clutch and carbon chassis 10yrs ago.
