6 speed boxes came in end of 2004 as 54 platers in october onwards.
Ones were still being sold (old stock) with 5 speed into 2005.

Ahhhh...so it would need pulling apart then and a 6 speed cluster putting in.

No it would just need to be riden properly.....GS had 5 speeds....who needs 6?
