I Know of two 583 riders not going due to the likelyhood of them not qualifying and another is doubtful as he is supposed to work on the Saturday
From the email replies on the same subject last week and allowing for the two mentioned above not going then we had 18 replies for Class A (but add Butch890 as well I suspect) and 24 for Class B if the person mentioned above can get Saturday off.

Why are we doing this?

Remember that not all riders have access to the message board, blah, blah, blah.

to make up numbers why cant some of the 583 boys run around at the back of the 620 i.e. for a novice like me mean i get to see more of the track just an idea. would also mean that if grid number cant be made up in the future we have a plan.

we wont get a split grid m8 if we have 75 bikes.?......its combined thats the deal...................

How about if we get the 620's to run around at the back of the 583's? :eureka:

how about we just admit we are going to get combined grids for the rest of the year. fact of the matter is we aren't coming up with 25+ per grid simple. we can grizzle all we like but we are not coming up with the numbers as we said pre season.

i suggest we start thinking about how we will go forward for 2007?

How about, we get the 583's AND 620's to go on the back of the 583's and then the 620's.

That way we'll have 88 bikes in each race.

if we add in a Le mans type start and an 8 hour endurance race each of us running two bikes with DUK PB RR FB all entering guest mulitstooples and DUK flying th 695 monnie flag with 15 bikes.....

THEN and ONLY then we may get two grids......................

we should really pen a letter to new era just arranging the 2 uk venues for next year. assuming they can come up with gp circuits for us.

im guessing we are looking for at least 45 mins free practice, 30 mins qualifying and 2x20 odd lap races ?

would ideally like a garage thrown in but happy to pay for it if need be.

on a combined grid does it matter....plenty of 583's/ 675's beat 620's dude at cc last year....

Just had a thought - why don't all of those with two bikes do one race in each class? Maybe then we could pad the numbers enough for 2 full grids, as long as we keep it secret.................................oh dear

I would have a wild guess that if we get over 44 (which I doubt) and it does go on qualifying times, then I'm sure you'd have to remove equal amounts from both classes.

Slowest in each, or slowest 2 etc.

A fecking joke if you ask me, but what can you do? Hopefully, there will only be 44 of us going.

Soon there will be 35, then 30, then we'll be back to last season, and then we'll be combined with CB500's and everyone will pack it up.
