Southend Italian festival
 

Regular Essex members will know that for the last few years we always put on a show of bikes at the Southend On Sea Italian Festival.

This year it has been moved to later in the year and is on Saturday 20th September.

I know this is a long way off but if it could be put in your diary, the more bikes we can get there the better.

Should be able to make this - nothing else planned at the moment! - and we have plenty of banners and other club stuff we can take down there :)

I would be interested in attending on my ST and my wife Samantha will be on her Monster by then hopefully (MOD2 permitting!). Gary.

Unfortunately the organisers have now cancelled this event this year.

That's a shame - did they say why?

Bugger. I'll get to this again one day.

They changed the date to September and now say "neither of the Council approved Italian Market operators can attend the new September event date"

They are looking for another town to hold this event. If they do I will let you all know.

Tell them to come to Chelmsford! ;)

Hi is anyone meeting up this weekend for a ride as the weather looks good i'm in watford but can meet anywhere if theres anyone out and about:) :) :) :)

Any news on this? Will it be moved to another town or date?

Nothing doing this year but they are looking at holding it again next year.
