Well chaps, i,ve had better weekends !!!!

Can i say a huge thankyou to everyone who helped me over the weekend to get the bike back together for Sunday morning, and then being the cause of you having to listen to Dom in all that heat..LOL.

Nelly was the star of Friday night for meeting me at his workshop for a set of the right pads.

Skids,AK,and Phil for the bits

CK medical consultation

Everyone for bolting it back together

Tony and Lucy total support.

Off for an x-ray and to make piece with the Winja Ninjas........

Turncoat!

Glad you're OK really. Physically, not mentally - You're clearly not right in the brain

Stunning lap time though :o

ali 12-Jun-2006 18:51

If you'd improved in the race the same amount as everyone else then you'd have been lapping in the 24s, good enough for a couple of pots, probably large ones. I'm sure you'll come back and put the cat amongst the pidgeons again at Oulten. :)

God forbid you should ever get your hands on a 620!

Your not kidding and hopefully the better ones will soon return

It was great to see you put in that qualifying time, shows the rest of us 583 riders what is possible with our 10 year old bikes.

Hopefully wrist isn't as bad as first feared and you and bike will be ready for Oulton where I still think you should turn up with the bike in ninja Green.

And try and get out before then and bed some new brake pads in, some people might not think they need bedding in but the manufacturers of said items do.

PS
Sorry Andy I haven't got a gearing recommendation for Oulton, I'm going to turn up with 15/41 fitted and have a 42 rear in reserve

Gutted for you Griff, I thought you had a race win in the bag with those times. Hope you're all healed and ready to go for Oulton :)

AK 13-Jun-2006 13:48

Griff c has left you a phone message:)

Andy#99 13-Jun-2006 15:54

Gutted for you...and gutted for that beautiful bike...looking like a "proper" racer now though! Still...one person's pain is another's gain an' all that!!! No, seriously...I should have by rights got two fourths instead of two little cups for my efforts...but I'd still have rather seen you finish mate!

How's the wrist anyway?

i disagree Andy..you can only race who makes the grid .... and even if Griff had made the grid who knows how the race would have panned out......

u road a blinder, and if woods and or griff had raced it woulda been an almighty tussle for all of us.........

u did good.....................
