#42 - the Old Man - DD Bike for Sale

2nd in the championship (at moment).

Race winner, pole position on both race days and a fastest lap at Snetterton.

Pole and fastest lap at Oulton (only DD bike to go under 2.00 minutes and current DD lap record holder).

AND ITS STILL FOR SALE.

Engine fettled by Sigma Performance, forks re-sprung and valved, rear Ohlins (brand new - not an ebay job, BRAND NEW from KTek - for Assen), all the other usual stuff (rearsets, twin brake lines at front, box full of assorted sprockets, few spare levers etc).

All for £3500 ono.

I also have an FIM Computer with custom fuel map for the above (set-up by Sigma) and a Sigma slipper clutch for the above. These are NOT for sale separately but I am happy to negotiate a price in with the sale of the bike.

AND

The bike is a 2002 with about 8K miles and is still registered on a SORN. I have all the standard road stuff, bodywork, lights, foot-pegs, silencers etc., which is also up for negotiation.

£ 20 & that's my best offer After all it's only second at the moment:-)

paynep 05-Sep-2006 10:41

Is it legal?

domski 05-Sep-2006 10:52

This is the slowest bike I've ever seen, and it's the wrong colour. I don't think anyone should buy it, and then Ian will have to race with us again next season ;)

:D

rich-racing.co.uk 05-Sep-2006 11:59

not even if I buy it dom? - I'll make you look even faster! :burn:

OK, you can buy it, but then Ian has to buy Glenn's :D

I just hope there isn't a protest over "the old man" tag - they'll cut off ian's head to count the rings......

Geoff you can't make jokes like that can you????

Wouldn't be great to have the 3 DD champions racing against each other in the same class in 2007? I could give up racing just to watch
