The guy wants some feedback...

... here is some feedback. Nothing new though :D
I received my Cadwell DSC trackday CD this morning -piccies by Guy Cope Images- the photos are simply brilliant. The focus is always impressive, so are the colours, and the man is always at the best part of the track.

Of course if the pix were ****, I would'nt have posted a word
But his work is truely awesome, so if some of you are still hesitating to order their CD, stop hesitating.

Thanks for that top work Guy!

Dibble 11-Sep-2006 20:50

But it would be all chewed up with tyre marks, wouldn't it, Eric?

Fantastic picture, Tonio. You certainly do look stylish, in a way that only a Frenchman can ;)

I've ordered my CD and 3 prints so looking forward to receiving those :)

twpd 12-Sep-2006 09:01

Well the guy is a pro so you would expect his work to be good...which it is of course. :)

As a photographer myself I look to the work of others as an inspiration...and Guys is just that.

Jools 12-Sep-2006 09:17

Brilliant photo Guy and, Tonio, you've got a lot of style. I followed you around Cadwell for a few laps thinking "I wish I could hang off a bike like that"

fil2 12-Sep-2006 12:42

You know I have had a bloody good look round haven't I.

I thought seeing as it's my first year I should find out as much about these circuits as possible. Seems a shame to stick to the strip in the middle with so many perfect spots for a mini brake or a picnic.

Anything you need to know about the general condition of grass ask Me or for the micro close up inspection department speak to Griff64, Chris and Rattly :D. They can give you a far more detailed report. I know Griff has covered a vast amount of ground in his own right. Rattly gives good value for money with a survey too, he doesn't roll around like Chris he just slides along flat checking every blade, best in the business he is.:frog:

I expect to be promoted myself any day

CADWELL, COME ONNNNN:eek:

This one of rattler & myself, came about when I came across Rattler coming up behind another rider around Chris Curve, went past both of them on the outside of Chris Curve, as I went past the guy in front of Rattler,(sorry do not know who it was) Rattler took him on the inside & got into the Goose Neck pretty damn quick, went to turn in & there he was, nice one Tim, & captured nicely by Guy, Nice one, pics are top quality.

I think this is the epitomy of a good Photo. Colour-Action_Composition-Timing, the equipment and knowledge to attain these skill does'nt come cheap though. A picture like this means more than a individual one, there's more of a story when you have three or more riders close together. I guess also you need three riders that can trust each other . 4D

That's a terrific shot!

My only regret is on that particular session we had tried to go out together, but as the group left the holding area the pit lane marshal stopped me for just a second or so after you lot had gone through and a couple of bikes got out between us. It took me a couple of laps to get past them and back up to the group, otherwise I would've been on the tail end of the action as well...A real BHCN squadron.

Mind you, in composition terms, three is better than four!
