How much? Ohlins service! Need to get the rear shock serviced, just wondered what others have had to pay for a service? Was it what you were quoted or did you get a call saying this and that need doing it will now cost £..... . Also with who . |

KTech £150 ish? |
Steve Jordan quoted about £80.00 for service + seals on my Ohlins forks. |
Depending on which you are closer to either use Perry at HM Racing (Orpington, Kent) or Steve at Steve Jordan MC near Box Hill, both will do a sterling job and are very trustworthy ... Dibs |
Between the pair of them at the moment. I was interested in how the final price compared to quoted price and or if why.;) |

the various bits of work that both have done for me have been within a tenner of what they estimated ...... |

Steve Jordan does most of the BEMSEE paddock and they are all happy, call his missus Sarah at the shop and say I sent you :) |
Had my Ohlins rear shock serviced at K-Tech, think it was around £57 plus vat, very good value for money.:) http://www.k-tech.uk.com/contact.php Chris:burn: |
I was informed some time ago by Jordan that the others like K-Tech dont do the whole job. which is why they are more expensive. |

Steve is exceptionally thorough and for the difference in price whilst the shock is out you may as well get the whole job done .... my Ohlins rear came back like new :) |
Guys, So what was the quoted price for an Ohlins shock o/haul at Steve Jordan's? I will likely be in need of a service this winter. RX |
If my vague memory serves me right i think i was quoted something like 140 plus parts. I thought it was steep . Which is why i put the showa back on. Didn't find i could justify the money at the time. Shock waiting for a full service when i can afford it. Even thought about getting another showa for when the original is s hagged. |
