:D COME ON MUGGA'S!!!! |
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here comes the spoiler stuff, oil on the track so Race 1 has been red flagged. And Mugga's had such a good start and was in second harrying Nori's leading R1 ... I'm gutted for Karl - Doh! |

Consider something heavy and blunt thrown at you - virtually of course :D |
shouting at the TV again :D |
WHAT AN AWESOME RACE!!!! Toseland rode out of his skin to keep Haga behind him with Corser right there and Bayliss not quite having enough to get past them and then just enjoying the view on the last lap. Toseland's wheelie down the start finish straight said it all - stand up wheelie shaking his head from left to right and nodding at the pitlane. That would have to be one of his best ever rides, I'm very impressed! He MUST be a very good chance to regain his title next year with Ducati still running the 999 and only running the current F06 with a bit more development (apparently). MotoGP and WSB are shaping to be some very interesting championships once again in 2007. God I love racing!! PS - I feel really sorry for Mugga's, looks like he crashed out of 6th but they didn't show it. Man, I wonder what he'll be on next year ... |

Me too!!! I even jumped up out of my seat a few times - jeez Nori was close to hitting both Corser and Toseland a number of times! Toseland's determination was outstanding, imagine having the confidence to shut the door on Nori Haga! He WANTED IT!!! I'm still buzzing! |
i wonder if the pre race comentary was right about max not going to suzuki after all |
Next WSB race starts at 2:30 :) PS - Just noticed that the second race is on Eurosport 2 |
Here they go !!!! |
Bayliss' pass on Mugga's!!!! Now there WAS NO ROOM there, he's barged him out of the way!! sheeite! And then Mugga's nearly cleans him up trying to get back ... woohoo! |
Bayliss had that corner well sussed. Over and over he used it. |
What a race (both races!!). if you've not watched you must definately watch the replays. As good as the Bayliss/Edwards season. What motorsport can match that level of excitement? |
That was simply amazing - Bayliss rode the wheels off that thing and so did Corser and Toseland ... Bayliss just found something the other two didn't have, that overtake just before the chicane onto the start finish straight was stuff of legend, NO-ONE overtook in there apart from him! All three of them sideways everywhere, Corser backing it into the 1st gear hairpin was awesome as well! Toseland shutting the door on Bayliss after getting back through on him ... what a race! Both races ... I'm glad I watched those it was just sensational! More screaming at the TV and jumping around in my flat here! :D:D And Chili got a point in the end!!! Well done mate!!! |
I reckon Eurosport should hire Hodgson as well as Whitham and Burnicle ... I think it was also the best commentary of the year all day! I was laughing out loud quite a bit, very funny stuff :D |
...these australians...are FASTTTTTTTT..... great races.. I am glad Troy B. is on a 999........... a little bit of Italy on the podium. Good job for JT too... |
both races were excellent, some of the passes were outstanding, how they managed clean passes were there was no space is mind bending |
Another gem of a quote from Bayliss, courtesy of crash.net ... When asked if he would be partying tonight he quipped, "I have beer and pizza every Sunday, race day or not. We're Aussies we like to have a drink and nothing is going to stop us having one!" :D |
So good, watched both races twice :o :D |
Watched the tape of race 1 last night, what a battle for the lead, if Toseland rode like that all year, that old Aussie wouldn't need such a strong mantelpiece at home for the trophy:D It takes some doing out Hagaing Haga but number 52 managed it. Haven't seen him ride like that since scrapping with Laconi for the title. Hopefully race two on tape tonight:) Ray. |
Race 2 is even better Ray, you'll love it! |

 How none of 'em ended up on their backside I'll never know, comentary by a comedy threesome as well, a point for the old boy as well. Pretty much a perfect end to the season, Ray |
Fantastic racing, must get that on DVD |
