Yup, right hand knee.

Pulled left hamstring, pulled rigght Achilles and have knackered right knee.... LOL

baffling as i train 5 days a week, play plenty of squash and do plenty of running....

TP 20-Oct-2006 09:20

Well ... it's Friday, I'm in a bouyant mood after getting 4 separate pieces of good news yesterday :D

Unfortunately I'm in the office but at least there's some pretty women in the office who need my help today so I get to chat to them all day :D

And later on, I might nip out for a celebratory beverage with some mates :D

Could be a good day!

antonye 20-Oct-2006 09:22

At work today, doing a few deals, bit o' wheeling and dealing, ducking and diving...

Actually, that's a lie. I'll be packing my suitcase as I'm off to Cali-forn-i-aye again at the weekend, so a nice relaxing time getting slowly p|ssed on the finest that Virgin Upper Class can offer :D

Great post Mav :D

Me?

Today is my day for trying to get all my work paperwork done.... that I promised my-self would be done by last Friday

Have a nice day everyone :)

mjbayley 20-Oct-2006 09:41

Yep, yesterday was a good day for me too!

It looks like a week on Monday, I'll be starting a contract position, @ Uncle Henrys R&D place near Basildon.

Oi is gonna be a Diesel Engine Calibrator!!!!
Same money as before and a new 'skill' to be learned. Woo Hoo!

I also finished painting my garage (DD workshop) floor, and draught excluded the doors. Scored a new seat and fairing for #112, and started on its new zorst system.

Not bad only 4 weeks without work and still got some redundancy left.

Yes, not a bad day at all, and today is POETS day! (but they all are 4 me ATM) ;-)

Yeah, I think we need to resurrect the city lunch and get all of us out next week. I'm sure we can get Antonye (if he's not sunning himself in Cali), dickie, Chi, maybe even Dibble and a few others.

When it won't get lost in the rapid thread/post count at the moment I'll put up a separate thread.

antonye 20-Oct-2006 10:18

Post of the day goes to Mad "Pervert" Mav, who wins a pair of Virgin Atlantic Upper Class pyjamas. Only worn once by me, but the stains should wash out.

I understand fully. There is a girl I know called Lisa, lives at the end of my street and who works for Virgin Atlantic. She is a complete tease with what she says to me though

life is tough

I have the DSC

skidlids 20-Oct-2006 10:43

Hopefullly be get out of work in just over an hour as I have to get over to Senna3s work place as I have my car booked in for a MOT.

what I do after that will depend on traffic as the on going road works make the Oxford ring road a Mare at busy times of the day, if quiet I can go visitmy parents, if busy I'll go home and put my feet up.

Rattler 20-Oct-2006 10:45

I'm home today spending a lazy day with my beautiful son.

Life's good
Tim

antonye 20-Oct-2006 10:45

Ah yes, that reminds me Kev. Before I go swanning off to the states I have to get a new tyre on the bimmer (I saved over £25 compared to Kwik-Fit by using www.bestbuytyres.co.uk !) and then take it for an MOT. Gotta get it sorted this weekend as the tax runs out at the end of the month!

I used that new-fangled online licence thing for the 748. Only took me a couple of mins to get it taxed and it turned up a few days later in the post. Certainly beats queueing up at the post orifice, so I'll be doing the same with the car tax.
