2 Attachment(s) And some more. |
I was also at the show,& i can concur, the tricolore was certainley the better looking, and well worth the extra £1500,as you get a 70mm zorst, with it as well,as the paint job !!! |
Anyone do any filming? |

Going off the subject a bit we are going on saterday flying to malpensa airport, never been before any tips on where to go from the aiport bus, taxi or train, tried to find the adress on my autoroute but not alot of luck any help would be much appreciated. |
Boyo. A group of us from essex are also going on Sat. We are flying into Bergamo airport and hiring a car. We got a route from Google maps, the destination put in was "Fiera Milano, Milano (Lombardia), Italy" PM me your mobile number if you are interested in meeting up. |
Hi, there is a direct train link from Malpensa to the exhibition as the main rail lines into the center of the city pass right by. Should be sign posted in the airport, both on the north west side of the city. Have a good trip |
just jump in a taxi,or on the metro, the metro ends at the fiera, take a bike or scooter with you !,its massive,& won't get round it in a day !,i stayed in milan,& taxid to and from there,it was about 80 euros,i think, bergamo airport to milan, was about 110 ! There is a good bus service in and around milan, going from the central station, don't know how much,oh,and the traffics terrible !!! |
We flew to Bergamo, Coach to Milan central station 12 euro, open return. Dont get off at the first stop which looks like a bus station, it isnt. The next stop you cant get wrong. Its right in the centre of milan. The exhibition ctr is about 30 mins by car but there is an underground link and it is only 2 euros each way and takes about 15 mins. Well worth doing and very cheap. |
Thanks guys for all th advice alot clearer now on where im going cant wait to see the 1098 in the flesh so to speak, o thanks again |
The rail link to the EICMA from the airport is the easiest and cheapest route. The metro into Milan is peanuts if a little confusing to begin with. Good fun though :) The 1098 is stunning in the flesh. So much more than the hype and pictures can ever portray. The Hypermotard looks amazing to and should be sooooo much fun. The show it's self is vast. Makes the NEC look like a carboot sale on a gloomy morning. Take ya walking shoes. You'll need them. |
However, you could just save for self the hassle and a load of money by going to your local dealer in a few weeks for free ..... |
