There's nothing that doesn't need painting straightening and/or replacing!

What's in the pic will be straightened and painted and pretty much everything else will be replaced. :o Where's that overtime sheet gone.....

If that's an '8S then I'm a very jealous man. Realistically that's the 1st on the list when I stop racing.

TP 19-Nov-2006 20:17

Dude, I'm pretty sure that's the 748R he was going to go and look at ... Thunderbikes :)

Only took about 2-3 hours on my own, but it's going to take someone a lot longer to put back together!!

Is it just me, or do bikes look at their very best in that state? When I was wheeling it around the garage it felt so 'right', so much like I'd want it to feel on track. It's going to be a crying shame to put bodywork back on it. :(

At least when I stop DD I'll have a great basis for a seriously stripped-down track bike :D 1100DS engine? BST wheels? Carbon tank and bikini fairing? One day....

I just couldn't agree more.

When I'm breaking bikes, I obviously get them to that stage more often than most, and I have the same thought every single time I do it.

"man, If only it were this light, and this responsive in the steering"

I guess we both need to buy a GP125.

I'd like to see you get behind the bubble on one of those! :D

I enjoy doing that too, however our bikes are all but ready so I had to take the newly acquired trail bike out for a shake down
