Great photos

I get lost in your eyes
That contain the skies
Filled with so much expression
Colored with such beautiful dyes

In your eyes I see the stars
The dreams to change the world
The hope so bright
The twinkling light

Some great pictures there chaps. My favourites at the moment are 4D's, particularly the seascape with the Gaff Ketch in the foreground and Gizmo's picture of Ullswater.

Perhaps I'm biased in favour of seascapes, but I do love boats and enjoy sailing.

they're brilliant i do appreciate natural things like that, they're all lovely but do prefer water ones...

RD 22-Nov-2006 13:40

Henry,
Welcome back o'l chap. Its good to see you're now able to post. :)

I'll search through my alBUMS to see if I have a sunset picture, BUT will a picture of a FULL MOON (see my Avatar) suffice for now? ;)

Take care mate, :)
Richard.

P.S. Please note; My MOON even has a unique crack. :D

Try 'Right Click' and then resize pictures. Just an idea.

Melnie Mouse 22-Nov-2006 15:27

thanks ok i'll try, give it a few moments (!) then right click and it should ask me to resize.. ok, and i do this in my pictures first do i before i go to upload it from this site?

Melnie Mouse 22-Nov-2006 15:30

nope, not working. won't let me right click from thumbnail. then i press it to go into it, and it still won't let me right click, keeps going on that stupid adobe photo thing. i press top bar buttons like file, edit tools, nothnig in there that will let me re-size it... sigh...

Fordie 22-Nov-2006 16:10

Melnie ,what Photoshop do you have. Im on 7 .Go Image ,Image size Adjust to suit .

Melnie Mouse 22-Nov-2006 16:28

it says 3.0 there's no button anywhere that says image. there's no task or tool bar.. sorry if i'm being thick, but it's hopeless. can i email someone the picture and you size it for me please?

RD,

I have lived near Poole for most of my life and used to really think that the rural views where tops. But since my brother in law has built a waterside house, looking out over Poole harbour and the Purbecks, I have come around to your point of view. I call it water front TV. From before dawn to dark, it's a contsantly changing vista. Tad expensive monthly subscription, though!£!"£$"

Rgds,

Rob

Not a sunset, and I didn't have my camera with me, but I just stepped outside for a minute and saw the most astonishing full-arc rainbow. Really bright, with a secondary rainbow outside of it.
Incredibly beautiful.
