The mysterious disappearance of is it cos I is F1?

Following last week's excitement in outing the elusive facade that is Maxie boy, the threads seem to have vanished from here and the Pistonheads sites.

If this is censorship, i'm a little peturbed, to say the least. :(

He`s proberly in hiding from all the real , struggling racers who know how hard the racing game is even at a club level, yet here`s this mug putting himself about as the next Ayrton Senna.

String him up I say...

phillc 21-Nov-2006 11:31

He's also dissapeared from the Hi5 site:

http://www.hi5.com/friend/profile/di...serid=69493253

chicken 21-Nov-2006 11:49

thinking more about this (sad I know) but I really have a strong feeling that Mr Max himself was the subject of a windup himself...

It's easily achieved. I did something similar in my former juvenile period.

TP 21-Nov-2006 11:53

It doesn't quite add up with what he's been telling Van's former employee however - allegedly.

:)

And Chi, you're a bad bad man!

chicken 21-Nov-2006 12:20

ah but have you considered that the perpetrator of the fraud could also have been the person on the other end of the email address? Easiest way to check is to see if the emails came from a hotmail/gmail/yahoo account.

As for my antics, just call me Cyrano (but without the nose, or the poetry, or the girl at the end).

Mate, he was not a victim...He brough all of this on himself.

All is explained here:

http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing...28660&f=23&h=0

chicken 21-Nov-2006 12:26

ah - so he did turn up in person to take your assistant out then? I stand corrected and take my hat off to you Van for ensuring that justice was done!

Mate when you are telling WHOPPERS like that and telling them on line, its only a matter of time...;)

TP 21-Nov-2006 12:32

We still haven't had a piccie of this hottie he duped :)

Doh!

RightSaidFred 21-Nov-2006 13:01

This thread's been deleted from Pistonheads yet again. They emailed me to say it may be the subject of legal action. El plot thickens...VDM, see if you can find out from her if he's threataning to sue or something?

VanDaMauler 21-Nov-2006 13:03

Looks like mr magoo has sent another Email, its gone from PH

http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/gassing...28660&f=23&h=0

Whata****er!!!!

antonye 21-Nov-2006 13:04

Subject of legal action my arse!

VanDaMauler 21-Nov-2006 13:10

Mate, both parties involved are very embarrassed, him for being caught out BIG STYLE and her for falling for it...

Its a shame, cuz she is a nice girl..

But legal action my arse also...

What legal action could come out it?

When he was the one who put the original wild lies up in the first place and now he`s been outted, he`s crying like a little biaaaatch?

RightSaidFred 21-Nov-2006 13:11

Subject of his struggle against reality more like...

antonye 21-Nov-2006 13:20

The threat of legal action is always the best defence, even if it is a hollow threat.

Most websites just don't want the hassle, or understand the legalities, so will quickly remove anything that gets a whiff of the words "legal action".

But its nice that you're holding the joker for this one - his own email that repeats the obvious lies!

And the original photo`s that HE photo shopped, plus the original one before he got it...(saved from his original Hi5 account)

If this is a big hoax and he`s a "Victim" then how the hell would anyone get hold of his pictures of him obviously sitting in his bedroom , with his helmet on?

Its so obvious that he pulled some pictures of "Real" F1 Racers of the net , then sat for hours in his room, at his mums house and took pictures of hiself, in his helmet , at various angles , so he could get the pictures photoshopped just right...

Sad or what, the word NUTTER springs to mind...

LMFAO!

'ok well then we'll have to agree to give him his right to win trophies...'

'where's your career gonna gestate, in a box?'

:D

 Here here

The guy is obviously a latter day Walter Mitty fantacist and you get what you deserve, reap what you sow?

Right I'm off to get my lottery ticket and rub my hands together come the pay out! :p

RightSaidFred 21-Nov-2006 13:43

Actually I still keep giggling about the photoshopped picture one of the PH Piranha's did with him in the yellow Reliant 3 wheeler. Class.

Anyway i've opened a book on when this thread gets deleted from DSC...

Within the hour, evens.
Today before midnight, 5/2.
Surviving until tomorrow 5/1.
Seeing out the week 100/1.

And the challenge is...
as i've now had the subject thread deleted from the PH site not once but twice now, I dare the next person to start it up again on there, but using aliases and elaborate smoke and mirrors so as not to actually mention you know who. Instead of 'Ths Scottish Play', it will be more like 'The Asian joker thread', or something. Oh and make sure you post a link back to this too...

webteam 21-Nov-2006 15:47

Dear all,

A complaint has been lodged to the webteam regarding the possible posting of someones personal details that, to be honest I cannot see in this thread - apart from reference to the deleted Hi5 account.

I am only vaguely aware of any previous posts in that it involves some type of 'wind-up'?

Can I please suggest that any continuation of this thread is carried out on another website so that we can get back to motorcycling and Ducati's in particular.

Regards - Frank

antonye 21-Nov-2006 15:49

Ha ha ha ha ha!

The "Asian Joker" obviously is reading this thread and doesn't like the fact that he's been caught out and this thread will stay here for all to see. What a toss3r.

When will people realise that our Government have already shafted us with any attempts at privacy, as *everyone's* details are out on the internet if you know where to look for them. For example, the Electoral Roll is out there, so you'd only have to know a surname and an area to find their home address. Then you can use a reverse lookup to find out a phone number, or just search with names to find other details - Friends Reunited, MySpace, Hi5, etc, etc. If you want to remain anonymous, don't go posting your own details and pictures all over the internet!

This is not Big Brother is it?:alien: since it seems to be some harmless fun, and does not damage the club I don't see any problem myself.

It's not even that, just linking to information freely available elsewhere.

As Frank says (and at least the DSC Webteam checked first!), they can't see any problem so far!

Ha ha, Info that is out there for everyone to get, if they want it..

We have (all from the web) his picture, his name, his address, who lives there with him,his mobile number, where he went to school, what car he drives (and its reg)and his Email address..

Like you say mate, if you dont want people to know about you, dont put your details all over the net and if they do collect all that info, you`ve only got ya`self to blame????

Come on Mr Formula 1, you can silence everyone, just by posting a link to your Race site with your Race Career stats and acheivments, I will quite humbley apologise to you on here in public, If you can prove you are in the Renault driver development programme, or on the Spyker F1 test team, have a dodge Viper ,R1 and a 999S...

Prove it, surely its easy enough for you, as you are telling the truth...Aint ya???

He`s got 999S ya know?

Cuz he lives for speed and eats, drinks, sleeps and sh*ts motor sport...Its in his blood...

The same blood that was dripping down his face, as he raced with a broken wrist in the ALMS 24hr Endurance race at Sebring...(his words)

(even with the simplist bit of googling, you know that that race is a 12hr "warm up" for 24hr Le man race....**** )

Seems we may have to find another way. Alternatively, with ther long winter ahead, either this 'friend' or else another wannabe needs 'outing' to keep us amused!!!

I've ratcheted it up again over on PH.

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/t...28823&f=23&h=0

To be honest, i'm not being bl**dy minded, i'm just more than a teensy bit miffed abut the thread censorship when all the items of discussion were posted into the public domain by the man himself. I've seen it happen on here and alas it seems to be happening over there too. You can all forget about free democratic debate my friends, it seems we're children of the most interfering and sinister kind of Big Brother ever seen before in this country.
A sad state of affairs.

DucatiGary 21-Nov-2006 22:39

seems to me that the liar might be bluffing the website owners, what happend to the other thread on this btw?

I even got to practice my best dutch, which of course was rude :)

the guys obviously a class A numpty, if it was worth spending a few more days spinning things up id be up for it but I dont think this looser is worth it now (specially since Van didnt execute the radio 1 gag we planned)

also if you sort the radio 1 thing or anything similiar email me and ill put it on PH discreetly ;)

sheesh, the Police State is here and the politicians don't need to implement it, we're too busy doing it for ourselves.

Ho hum. Twas awesomely enjoyable whilst it lasted, and if I ever come across him in real life - ho boy that is going to be a laugh. Anyway, if he was a real 'man' he would have said he rode in Moto GP, WSB or BSB etc...!

RightSaidFred 21-Nov-2006 23:23

Well, here's the worst. All the threads have been deleted from PH due to the (either real or most likely perceived) threat of legal action.

The Piece de Resistence is that I got sin binned and blocked from posting on there until I apologised. To be fair, I understand that it's a site that belongs to someone but my argument was that as they solicit the public's contributions in order to make the site a viable going concern, they should be able to allow the freedom of discussion. This, apparently, is not the case.

Shame such a good bit of fun has turned so political, but then that seems to happen a fair bit lately.

So I've got to behave on PH from now on, and give teach an apple each day. For picking this up and running with it, i've been lamentably shafted. Sorry guys, I tried. Yer wouldn't let it lie, would ya??!!
