For sure. Bought 2003, #44. It`s the pinnacle of my biking to date and I can`t think of any other motorcycle I`d rather own. Awesome!

I'll have to try and get a pic of the 851 here in Oxford, its just been streetfightered and besides the lack of fairing it now has a 916 seat unit.

need reporing to the RSPCD

851neil 30-Nov-2006 21:54

feel the need to go and throw up after looking at that, it needs to go to the bol and be sacrificed....

Jasper 30-Nov-2006 22:11

ah,that bike was ahead of it's time. It's where Ducati got the idea of the Matrix 996 from!!

phoenix n max 30-Nov-2006 22:20

Arrghhh - thats awful :(

jgriff 30-Nov-2006 22:28

It has that Army surplus look about it.

kwikbitch 30-Nov-2006 22:49

That is so sad :(

Jools 30-Nov-2006 23:55

It is sad. So sad that the saddo that sadded it only needs to add a sad sidecar

beancounter 01-Dec-2006 07:45

I like it.

Big Duke 6 01-Dec-2006 09:34

I recognise the colour, it's Wickes Moss Green....I should know, I painted my shed with it.

Rob B 01-Dec-2006 10:48

After all, it's only paint, and underneath beats an 888. Love 'em all.

bitchinSP4 01-Dec-2006 12:48

If my memory serves me well I do seem to remember seeing an 851/888 with a side car!!

851neil 01-Dec-2006 20:35

sidecar ??? now that's a pic worth seeing - or maybe not...
