Out and about today.

I went for a windy, but fun hoon down the BHCN's favourite 'B' road this arvo.Roads were mainly dry and the object was to 'test' the new Remus exhaust system. Man was it good to be out.
Only saw three other bikes,.....caught up with them at Harry the Hedge corner.Overtook one on the brakes into the 90deg right and the next one on acceleration coming out.Blitzed by the last one before the next chicane.Did'nt see them again.
Came across a big 'ol car crash just after a fast right,(Which nastily turns tighter).People carrier upside down in the hedge,....firemen cutting them out,...nasty stuff.
Road from Kimbolton to Chelveston was absolutly empty,.....
Getting cold so popped round Marko's for a cuppa.Thanx for the coffee mate.
Hammered down the 605 to dodge the rain,.....hmmm backwind,..indicated 130 sitting bolt upright on the Multi.
Great ride.:D

I managed a 200 mile trip from York down the A1 (in the car),saw a few bikes out on the A164 York to Bridlington road . Not been out for about five weeks now, but I ain't hibernating, hope the weather keeps up and the road salt free till Christmas at least. 4D

Lucky git:(

Left the house before 9am this morning, and not back til after after 5pm, spending all day at my dads nursing home.
Cooked dinner for what seemed like 15 (5 really), now catching up on what I havent read since 6pm yesterday!:o

Hoping like mad that it will be dry on Friday this week - as I have the morning off!:biaggi:

Glyn 04-Dec-2006 17:48

did much the same kb
didn't go over that way though, i should have given you a bell.
we could have hooked up

Jools 04-Dec-2006 18:02

When I get me moped back on the road, I'm gonna ride, ride, ride....

Same goes for the ST...only a week or so away from having the crispy tenners required for a battery, new set of Diablos and an MOT.

Then I'll be back riding....Cold, but 'appy.

Should have called me Pete if you were that far up North.

Would have been good to see you and would have gotten me away from wielding a hammer at my wireless router...

Gc

Sounds like a cool manoeuvre for a race track Keefy, I'm sure it wasn't half as dicey as it sounds for riding on the road mate ;) :D

Nice one Keith - BHCN out in front again!

You`re right about the wind on Sunday though. I was trundling along quite happily tucked under the screen when all kinds of alarm bells started clanging unexpectedly......Rev limiter protesting!

No-pretty normal for Rob would be if the front wheel was 18inches in the air at the same time...................
