Help. Identity crisis poll.

Having been around the board for a few years and now past the 3000 post mark i feel i'm suffering from a mid board crisis, and am thinking of a new identity.

BDG is short for Big Daft Geordie which may no longer be right. Lets say hypothetically i was to stand for a MT position, (and even more unlikely some fool voted for me) i couldn't imagine being introduced to the Ducati hierarchy as BDG.

As some of you know i have a German mother and my father was Irish, an interesting mix, therefore i'm considering changing from BDG to something more acceptable like Paddy O'Hitler or Adolf Murhpy.

Other suggestions are welcome, but i would really be greatful for your help.

Please be serious and treat this request with respect it deserves.

Thank you.

Let's get this right,
You don't want to be introduced to the Ducati hierarchy as BDG, but don't mind a name associated with one of the Worlds most hated person, due to his crimes against humanity?

I would stick with BDG, far far better than the other two options;)

Hmmm... has German connections...and hypothetically standing for a MT position

Well it's a bit long winded but think I found a suitable name on Wikipedia.

Leopold Ritter von Sacher-Masoch writer and journalist, was born in Lemberg, Austrian Empire (now Lviv, Ukraine). Today, he is best known for his name being the basis for the term masochism

I think the Final edition has it about right.

I wouldnt go with Paddy Hitler, its been done already by Gerry Sadowitz, the magician, whose alter ago many years ago was Bing Hiltler the jewish comedian.

he's not really a Makam Claire, pit yacker maybe or cos he's close to Hartlepool possibly BDMH but that might might be even more cryptic :D

Thank you, thank you , thank you Moto. I nearly deleted the thread after final editions reply.

Lily although i'm a Sunderland supporter, i'm not from Sunderland so not really a mackem either.

Gizmo is geographicaly correct, i'm from about 10 miles south of Sunderland from that architectural wonder of new town planning called Porterloo, (who would build an entire town of new houses with flat roofs in one of the wettest areas of England) surronded by pit villages.

BDY would be the most accurate, BDMH would be almost a big and insult as being called a Geordie.

BDG seems to remain favourite despite the fact The D part is inaccurate and Paddy O'Hitler is more PC.

Ah yes, new town's at least you kept your village names instead of getting replaced with district numbers like we did in Washington.

Sorry about the MH thing, i know it isn't something you east coasters are proud of and after all it was an easy mistake to make :D :D

Ha ha i like this idea Paul:lol:

Giz, we loved taking the rip out of the MH lot, amazing the difference a few miles makes.

Chi, i don't do hints, cash only, preferably in brown envelopes incoming not outgoing. I need a rich sponsor, if Blair can get away with finding the odd 17 million here and there, why shouldn't I. Get your wallet out.
