phone up Oakley UK, - they did have a policy of replacing their glasses whatever the cause of damage, - they would rather that you replace them with another pair of Oakleys thean Arnetts or the like. The scheme that they did run would mean you paid a handling charge of about £20 but it was worth it.

We had a boxer/ridgeback cross. Man she knew how to wreck!! She ate several lids off my slow cooker which we managed to replace each time at boot fairs!!
