For those who enjoy aircraft / airshow photos |
great stuff! Biggin Hill is a nice setting in good weather. Mustand is superb and the Sea Vixen nice to see in the air. |
If i'm being super critical most of his prop plane photos are taken as too high a shutter speed which makes the blades look like they are not moving. Thats a real shame becasue he's got some cracking shots there. Have a look here http://www.ukar.co.uk/cgi-bin/ukarboard/ikonboard.cgi and click on the aviation photography section. |
thanks rockhopper - I had a look on that forum and some of the pictures are amazing. There was one in particular on a thread titled "2006 in pictures" - the thirteenth photo down of the fighter plane - is it really that low !!! ??? |
I didnt realise that there is an airworthy Anson.I've got pictures of my old man flying those....lovely |
That Steehouwer chap has some crackers in his Swiss Ebenfluh gallery. Check out the scenery and landscape and the close proximity of the aircraft to the crowd. Makes Elvington look like a bland show now. Love these heat-haze shots... ![]() |
Certainly does! ![]() ![]() |
I REALLY have to go to Ebenfluh with my camera....I REALLY do.. ![]() |
